1. Yacht Experience: Unbelievably great experience. The charm and character of the SON DE MAR was something else. This combined with the incredible comfort of full-length resting places all over the yacht just added to our enjoyment. Being a bit of a Piscerian water baby there was swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, sea bob, jet ski and water skiing available. Even our request for cigars and back gammon board were met.
2. Crew Service: Not enough good things can be said about the crew. The captain, chef, deckhands and stewardesses were all most welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all done with a smile and a pleasant nature. The crew truly added another layer of enjoyment to our Son De Mar experience. We overindulged ourselves on the wonderful dining fare and were served French Martinis as we sunbaked on the floating jetty.
3. Itinerary and Destinations: We were given full say on where we went round the Croatian Islands but who cared. Every place we stopped and visited was a winner thanks to the captain’s experience.
