Andela has spent over a decade in yachting, combining experience aboard 38–50 m yachts sailing across the Mediterranean with her work as a broker. Her years on board gave her firsthand insight into what makes a charter exceptional, shaping the intuition she now relies on when planning charters and selecting the right yachts for her clients.

Having worked both as crew and as a broker, she understands what works, what truly matters, and how to stay one step ahead of her clients’ needs without overlooking a single detail. Her approach is thoughtful and precise, ensuring each charter is carefully tailored and seamlessly executed.

Fluent in four languages, Andela naturally bridges clients, captains, and crews, guiding every step of the process with clarity and ease - from the initial inquiry throughout their entire journey.

Meet Karla, a Charter Specialist whose journey into the yachting world began on deck. Although actively studying Tourism Management, her experience as a luxury yacht hostess shaped her true understanding of guest expectations.

Being part of daily life on board allowed her to see what transforms a good charter into an unforgettable one. Today, she blends that first-hand insight with analytical thinking, designing tailored itineraries that reflect each client’s personality and travel style.

Her two transformative years working on a super yacht "Burkut" deeply influenced her perspective, stoking her creativity and curiosity. This unique experience, combined with her skills and innovative thinking, ensures that Otium Yachts' marketing initiatives thrive and resonate with our clientele.

Meet Ema, our Marketing Strategist at Otium Yachts. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Tourism Management, Ema brings a strong blend of academic knowledge and practical experience in the tourism and charter industry.

Her career is marked by adaptability, creativity, and a results-oriented approach. A dedicated team player with a love for photography, Ema leverages her eye for detail and visual storytelling to craft marketing strategies that are both engaging and memorable, ensuring Otium Yachts’ campaigns truly resonate with clients.

Meet Matea, a Marketing, Social Media, and Public Relations student with a strong passion for the yachting industry. Having spent many years working on a luxury yacht, she developed a deep understanding of the industry from the inside, its pace, its standards, and its unique attention to detail. Today, she combines that hands-on experience with her academic knowledge in marketing, striving to connect her two passions.

Introducing Ana, our Finance & Operations Lead at Otium Yachts. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Split, and her extensive practical experience ensures the seamless management of our financial and operational activities. Her previous roles in administrative and coordination capacities have equipped her with the expertise needed to oversee these critical functions efficiently.
