This spring, Otium Yachts proudly participated in two of the Mediterranean’s most prestigious yacht charter events: the 10th Mediterranean Yacht Show (MEDYS) in sun-soaked Nafplio, Greece, and the renowned MYBA Charter Show in Sanremo, Italy. With our team on the ground—Charter Director Ivana Klaric Poljak in Sanremo, and Charter Specialist Andela alongside Marketing Strategist Ivana in Nafplio—we made sure Otium Yachts was at the center of the action. We connected with industry leaders, toured world-class yachts, and explored the latest trends shaping luxury yacht charters in 2025.
MYBA Charter Show in Sanremo: Innovation, Elegance, and Connection
Ivana Klaric Poljak represented Otium Yachts at the MYBA Charter Show in Sanremo - an essential gathering for luxury yacht charter professionals and a highlight for MYBA members like us. This year’s edition brought together more than 700 brokers and over 80 of the world’s most exquisite charter yachts along the scenic Ligurian coast.
Ivana explored the docks, engaging with captains, chefs, and central agents while stepping aboard a new wave of yachts featuring eco-friendly technologies, wellness amenities, and custom-designed interiors made for the modern charter guest.

Greek Adventures at MEDYS: Yachts, People, and the Spirit of Hospitality
Over in Nafplio, MEDYS 2025 brought together the global yachting community for what remains the largest crewed yacht charter show in the world. Although we missed the very first and last days, we made the most of our time—touring luxury yachts, engaging with agents and brokers, while enjoying the local culture and cuisine.
With Otium Yachts’ fleet members such as Omnia and Maia spending the charter season in Greece, our presence at MEDYS was key to explore Greece firsthand and connecting with relevant partners. We inspected the yachts to ensure they uphold the high standards and distinct philosophy of Otium Yachts. From morning dock walks to evening meetups, our days were packed.
