Meet Sunci Sun - The Sailing Artist who paints people & live moments

Dalmatia, located on the trade routes between the Orient and Occident for millennia has given birth to many explorers, whose curiosity lead them to follow scents of exotic perfumes brought on the winds, and intrigued by the unusual objects and people that arrive by boats, they set sail to go explore distant lands. This land gives birth to many a sailor- who are traditionally men, and had she been born a man - Sunci says she would most certainly have been a sailor. But as it is, Sunci was a girl, born in a house next to the sea, in Kaštela, where men grow into sailors and fishermen, and whose great grandfather participated in the discovery of Papa New Guinea. She too was born curious about the distant lands beyond the sea, other cultures, and people, but she became - an artist.
