Fortunately for all sailing guests, there are many other national parks that pack the same punch - and we’re here to map out your park-perfect sailing route to make sure you don’t miss a beat while wrapped up in Croatia’s natural world. Let’s start in the north.

Perhaps Dalmatia’s most popular island and certainly the most difficult to pronounce is Hvar, or Ha-var as you’ve likely heard it said by your non-Croatian-speaking friends. However, the difficulty you may find in Hvar’s pronunciation in no way translates to the ease you’ll encounter navigating this island on your sailing holiday. It’s as if Hvar was made for sailing guests. And it won’t take long for you to see why. Croatia’s borders are open to international tourism. Like many other countries that are open to tourists, Croatia entry requirements depend on the country you are traveling from. Croatia is open for all travelers if they present a COVID 19 vaccination certificate, an antigen or negative PCR test taken 48 hours prior to arrival. If you are traveling from outside the EU/EEA and entering Croatia for tourism purposes, you must have proof of paid accommodation. Travelers from all countries must complete an Enter Croatia form online before they arrive.
